Notice of proposed changes to Cook’s Constitution
and By-Laws:
1. Cook’s fiscal year will change to 01Jan to 31Dec, page 3
2. Change the word bingo to fundraising, page 5
3. Cook’s AGM will now be held in June of each year, effective 2027, page 5
4. Ensuring that the Ministry of Government Services Annual Returns are filed within 6 months after the corporation’s year-end, page 7
5. Ensuring that the Charitable Status Annual Returns are filed within 6 months after corporation’s year-end, page 7
